Our dishes

The theme of our cuisine is simple: we offer our guests traditional Maremma dishes. Which ones? Tuscan crostini, acquacotta, pappardelle with wild boar sauce, Maremma-style tortelli, flavorful local pecorino cheeses, and homemade desserts... all paired with excellent Morellino di Scansano wine.
It is home cooking, genuine and essential, using zero-kilometer products. For us, local specialties are a way to get to know and appreciate the territory, which is why we offer the very best our land has to offer. Here you will find fresh, seasonal vegetables from our garden, homemade pasta, and meat and cheeses selected from local organic farms.

You can enjoy your dinner under our pergola with a view of the olive grove, admire our beautiful sunsets, and immerse yourself in the absolute tranquility of the Maremma countryside. The restaurant is also open to non-guests of the agriturismo, by reservation only.
